Special Needs & Senior Bibs - Answers to Frequently Asked Questions

• YOUR HAPPINESS AND SATISFACTION ARE OUR PRIORITY.  PLEASE LET US KNOW IF THERE IS A PROBLEM.  WE AIM TO EARN A STELLAR REVIEW.  EVERYTHING IS SOLVABLE.
• The top layer of bibs is 100% cotton flannel.
• The absorbent layer is a proprietary blend of bamboo viscose, cotton, nylon, and polyester.  It is also 100% free of PFAS and PFOA (artificial chemicals).
• The absorbent layer is equivalent to four layers of flannel, three of French terry cloth, and two of fleece.
• Do not use fabric softener on bibs.  It will reduce the effectiveness of the absorbent material.
• The absorbent layer may snag if it comes in contact with the Velcro.  Make sure to fasten the Velcro before washing.  Use scissors to trim off loose fibers.    
• Set dryer on low heat and tumble dry for all bibs made with faux leather (vinyl).  There is a risk of melting if the vinyl overheats. 
• Refunds or exchanges are accepted if the product has not been worn and within thirty days from shipment.  Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.
